1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering or using the amintoto platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as a player and amintoto as the platform operator.

2.3 Registration Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete and current. This includes your full name, MyKad or passport number, an active mobile phone number and a valid email address. amintoto reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify this information at any time.

3. Account Management

3.1 Security Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for the security of your account username and password. Ensure the password you choose is unique, strong and not shared with any other party. amintoto will not be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access by a third party where this occurs due to your own negligence.

3.2 Account Activity

Any activity that occurs in your account is considered to have been carried out by you or with your authorisation. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact the amintoto customer support team immediately via live chat or email, available 24/7.

3.3 Account Closure by Player

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Before the account is closed, you are encouraged to withdraw all funds in the account first. Unclaimed balances within a specified period may be subject to a specific policy communicated at that time.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

amintoto supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods for the convenience of Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

4.2 Deposit and Withdrawal Limits

• Minimum deposit: RM10 for all supported payment methods
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per transaction
• Withdrawal processing time: 10 to 45 minutes

4.3 Withdrawal Verification (KYC)

amintoto reserves the right to request identity verification before processing a withdrawal. This process is a standard security measure to protect players and ensure funds are returned to the rightful account holder. Documents accepted for KYC purposes include a valid MyKad or Malaysian passport.

4.4 Source of Funds

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds belong to you and were not obtained from illegal activities. amintoto complies with guidelines on anti-money laundering and reserves the right to investigate and report any suspected unlawful transactions to the relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

amintoto offers a 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of RM888. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus value before a withdrawal can be made.

Wagering requirement calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering required: RM100 × 15 = RM1,500
• Deposit RM1,800 → Bonus RM888 → Balance RM2,688 → Wagering required: RM888 × 15 = RM13,320

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each player is entitled to receive the welcome bonus once only
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be wagered in accordance with the stated requirements
• amintoto reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is abuse or any attempt to manipulate the wagering requirements

5.3 VIP Programme

amintoto offers a VIP programme with four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier provides different weekly cashback benefits, from up to 0.2% for Bronze members to up to 0.8% for Platinum members. Tier advancement depends on your wagering activity and loyalty as a player.

6. Game Rules

6.1 Accuracy of Game Results

All games on the amintoto platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been audited and verified. The outcome of each game is random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including amintoto itself.

6.2 Technical Errors

Should a technical error, software disruption or system failure occur during a game session, amintoto reserves the right to void or correct the affected game result. Wager amounts for rounds affected by a technical error will be returned to the player's account.

6.3 Prohibition of Fraud
